Self Care Monday-Resting

Rest. 

Go on, do it.

Spend 5 minutes--or 3 or 7 or 20--and just rest.

You don't have to do something every minute of the day and if you aren't doing something every minute of the day you aren't a bad person. Not lazy, not unmotivated, not whatever society tells us or we tell ourselves.

So go on and take a few minutes for yourself. You're worth it!
