Self Care Monday--You

 I see all sorts of headlines about self-care. Do this or that or believe in some other thing. Self care boils down to one thing. You. 

What makes you happy? For me it's vegging on the couch with the puppy, playing a game on my phone. Or watching a movie I've seen a million times again. 

The simple act of it being on, or of me on the couch with a cuddly, happy puppy loosens the tension in my shoulders and the stress in my heart. The added advantage is I'll also probably nap and in my opinion that's never a bad thing!

What do you do to relax? What sorts of self care do you practice to relieve the stress of the day?
