Everyone talks about breakfast smoothies and everyone has their favorite. Mine is an interesting mix of Oh, this is good for me? So I've combined a lot of healthy foods into one beverage. I mix it up on a Sunday and refrigerate it. It usually lasts a few days.
1 Cup coconut milk
1 Cup organic whole plain yogurt
2 TSP flax seed
1 banana
1 Cup mixed berries (fresh usually but frozen works well, too!)
1 avocado
1 beet
1 Cup kale or spinach
1 ginger root
