Self care Monday

 One of the things I like doing to help relieve stress is walk. I'm lucky in that I can walk inside an air conditioned/heated building with minimal interference. (Meaning no people to talk to!) it helps me shake off stress and get my mind back to where it needs to be for the day.

Doing so at work makes me more focused after work for writing. It also helps during work to keep me energized so when I'm finished, I'm not so tired I'm dozing on the couch doom scrolling through my phone.

I recently read an article about how the benefits of a short walk, 10-15 minutes a day. I don't think this was it, but it's a good article anyway.
